Although one says "workbook" we are using it as a textbook. Do not write in it! The homework was to take both home (do not carry around!) and use in your house at night to study. We will write the answers to any homework in our composition books. Try to use Quizlet everyday! Let's say OMEDETO! to our period 3 Rep, Brennan san. We will have a janken for our alternate as it was a tie. HW: Raion san said, "We don't know big numbers yet!" All but 10 students learned to write their names in Japanese. The HW for tonight (except for those 10) is to write your name FIVE TIMES in katakana. We also practiced the sounds of the kana (hiragana and katakana.) Shukudai wa (HW!) is to memorize the first 25 sounds. A-No. Kore wa tsunami desu. Kore wa kimono desu.
Today we practiced with our flashcards. Be sure to do your homework and go to Tutorial to make up credit if you didn't cut out your flashcards. We "flashed" our partners. We learned that some writing in Japanese is called, "hiragana" and some is called "katakana." We are going to sing a song tomorrow. |
